The Hyatt Boston Harbor was the scene for a fabulous August wedding for Melanie and Cole (and we also performed the very 1st wedding here in the grand ballroom back in the 1990’s)
Their wedding took place on the 2nd level in the Skyline ballroom overlooking Boston Harbor with an incredible view of the Boston skyline. Cocktails began at 7pm outside the main room in the lobby area and inside the Queen Mary room. Melanie hired wedding planner Terri Altergott and her team at Something Borrowed, Something New Events to assist in the entire days plan. We’ve worked with Terri on many events and we highly recommend them.
We really felt this wedding had some memorable and unique moments with Cole having a special dance with his baby girl Stella right after his first dance with his wife. And both father of the bride and father of the groom gave great opening toasts early on in the evening. Encouraging your family and friends to make personal toasts and speeches, or to pull them into your event by doing a blessing or honoring them in some way are all great ways to personalize and make a wedding more memorable.
