A picture perfect Sunday afternoon at the Atkinson Country Club set the tone for Justin and Shaina’s big day. Their 10:30am ceremony took place on site outside and officiated by Jane Rokes. This location has a gazebo area surrounded by cascading waterfalls, manicured landscaping and a koi pond, truly a perfect setting.
The cocktail and reception took place inside the Bookside Stateroom which is directly attached to the Gazebo area. For their introductions they choose a modern beat from the Black Eyed Peas and Beyoncé as the wedding party made their way down the grand staircase (another great feature of this location). The couple decided to work in an ethnic Lithuanian bread blessing ceremony performed by Justin’s God-Mother. Working in ethnic traditions is an excellent way to further personalize and bring more people into your wedding.
Showing off their fun and youthful side, the couple cut their cake to Def Leopard – Pour Some Sugar on Me with all their family and friends up and around them. Later on, they had all their friends from Keene State University on the dance floor for some great group photos.
